ROSSO DI MONTEPULCIANO D.O.C
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Rosso di Montepulciano originates from the desire to represent this historical denomination in its purest expression, not by adding or concentrating, but on the contrary by subtracting.
We have slightly increased the number of bunches per plant, given up the use of wood in the cellar, in favour of terracotta, “cocciopesto” and non-vitrified cement amphoras, giving full expression to the fruitiness of the Sangiovesecultivated in our lands.
The colour is bright ruby red, direct on the nose with notes of sour cherries, meadow grasses and wet stone.
In the mouth it is juicy with notes of flowers and wild fruits, with a fresh mineral finish.
