Santa Maria a Carli Parish Church

Called “pieve vecchia to distinguish it from that of San Fortunato, retained the devotion of the faithful for the image of the Madonna with child and Saints by Andrea di Niccolò. The table, impaired of the two Saints side and the bottom of the central panel, is now on display in the Church of the bishopric. Reflecting the great veneration of the people remains a complex machine wooden processional, carved in the 18th century, which featured the painting in his outings to the surrounding countryside. The building is preceded by a three-arched brick Atrium; the Interior has a unique plant, maintains the three-century altars of white stucco, adorned with sculptures of Abel.
